Our Approach


We Watch - As executive search professionals and experts in our field we are always watching the market. We look for industry trends, technology innovations, emerging companies, market consolidation, etc.  We seek to identify clients and candidates that we believe can benefit from our relationship, and recognize measurable value from our services.

We Listen - Our search process begins by listening to our clients in order to gain a clear understanding of their professional objectives. This initial communication will open the door to our relationship, our understanding of their unique business solutions and experience, and begin to develop a level of trust and confidence that will insure a successful outcome.

We Learn - Once we understand our clients' unique business solutions and professional objectives, we must equally learn about the open position. Through diligent research and dialog and our own proprietary methodology, we will develop a very comprehensive and detailed outline of the opportunity and search criteria. This is a critical step in the process, and one we must adhere to. This will insure that we identify and present only the most qualified candidates to our clients.

We Take Action - With a clear understanding of our clients' business objectives and candidate requirements, we develop and implement our plan... and the search begins. We use a myriad of techniques including state-of-the-art technology and tools, and our extensive database and network to identify qualified candidates. 

We Qualify - Although we understand what our clients are looking for, matching skills to requirements is not enough. To truly achieve mutual success, we will mirror the client process with our candidates. We will invest a large portion of our search effort qualifying candidates to determine if we have a good match. It is very important to us that we develop a trusting relationship with our candidates, understand their professional objectives, and help them make good decisions.

We Deliver - 
At the end of the day, it all comes down to delivery. Our mission is to find the very best, qualified candidates in the least amount of time. We will present candidates, manage the interview process, assist in the negotiation, and help close the deal. We work hard to present the facts as we know them, and help both sides make good decisions.

We Follow Up -
Our best guide for the future tends to come from past results. During the entire process, from the very beginning to long after our candidate begins their new career, we follow up. We want to maintain an ongoing dialog with our clients and candidates regarding every placement we make. Whether we place one candidate or many with a client, we consider ourselves life-long advocates and trusted advisors of the people who have put their trust in us.
